About this venue
We offer an elegant, affordable and fun wedding venue in the countryside of Tyler, TX. We have a fully insulated and climate-controlled indoor venue, with dressing rooms for the bride and groom, restrooms, catering prep area and bar. You can choose to have both the ceremony and reception indoors to keep you and your guests comfortable year-round. We also offer an outdoor ceremony space that is conveniently located just steps away from the chapel. Sweet Promise Farm offers you and your wedding party many breathtaking natural views for gorgeous photos, like our generations-old oak trees, wildflowers, heart-shaped pond with fountain, and our sweet miniature donkeys. At Sweet Promise Farm we welcome DIY brides who want the flexibility to personalize every detail while still enjoying a refined and polished space. The chapel has a warm and inviting vibe that is full of personality but still gives you the ability to design a celebration that reflects your own style.

Main Hall
Where classic elegance meet rustic charm!
This space features a 1600 foot open space that is enough to sit 150 guests and still allows adequate room for a reasonably sized dance area and DJ. It is adorned with gorgeous chandeliers, cathedral style arch and window, and one-of-a-kind custom crafted reclaimed wood ceiling, true work of art! A curtained entrance is available for a dramatic and choreographed entry and a stage to elevate the bride and groom or special feature.

Outdoor Ceremony and Courtyard
Breathtaking Views and Unforgettable Fun!
This space features pathed walkways through our courtyard and leading out to the outdoor ceremony area. You can bring your own or request a custom backdrop of your choosing from us. In the backdrop of your ceremony, you will have a heart shaped pond with fountain and trees in the distance. The courtyard has fun lights overhead and paths leading up to the patio and into the main hall. The patio has a serving window for the bartender to serve directly to guests outdoors.

We can't wait to have our wedding here!
Our wedding hasn't happened yet (May 2026) but our experience has been nothing short of out of this world so far. Renee and Joe (owners) are so kind. We had tirelessly toured so many gorgeous venues in DFW just to learn we really couldn't afford them after fees and such were added. Out of desperation we asked if they'd be willing to do a virtual tour. They were kind enough to call us for a video tour, send us pictures and videos, and then accommodate us for an in person tour when we were able to make the trip. Each time they had the cutest chalk board set up, welcoming us by name. The property is beautiful and clearly built with love and attention to detail. There is elegance, color, warmth, lights, and plenty of space. We booked with only 5 months until our I do date and they have sent a plethora of vendors and ideas our way and worked collaboratively with us through every step, being especially kind about our budget as they help us seek out vendors for a town we don't live in. And, most importantly, this is a beautiful venue run by people who are just good people who want to help you. Truly couldn't ask for more!

Sweet Promise Farm is truly a dream wedding venue, and we cannot say enough good things about it or the incredible owners behind it. From our very first visit, we felt so welcomed and cared for — not just as clients, but as people. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The peaceful setting, the thoughtful details, and the natural beauty made our wedding day feel intimate, romantic, and so special. It was the perfect backdrop for the most important day of our lives, and our guests are still talking about how stunning everything was. What made the experience truly unforgettable, though, were the owners. They are kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in every couple that chooses Sweet Promise Farm. Their hearts shine through in everything they do, and it shows in how well the venue is cared for and how smoothly our day flowed. Knowing they were there and had everything handled allowed us to be fully present and soak in every moment. If you’re looking for a venue that feels peaceful, beautiful, and filled with love, Sweet Promise Farm is it. We are so thankful we chose this place and will forever cherish the memories made here.
