Sugar Hollow Retreat is your premier inclusive Tennessee Mountain wedding destination. We truly believe that the best weddings are ones where you can spend quality time with your family and friends, creating connections and memories along the way. At Sugar Hollow, we give you an entire mountain all to yourself for your wedding week or weekend. You and your guests will have a unique experience jam-packed with relaxation, hiking, patio games, kayaking, wildlife viewing, and more. We have have multi-day packages (weekdays: 3 day event / weekends: 4 day event), with semi-inclusive and all-inclusive options for up to 250 guests. Lodging for up to 68 (100 by Spring 2023) is included in all of our packages. To make your wedding planning experience easier, we also include a Wedding Manager in all weekend packages. Overmountain Hall

Overmountain Hall is equal parts warm + cozy and luxurious + chic.

Our glorious Overmountain Hall commands stunning views of three mountain ranges – the Appalachians, the Blue Ridge and the Smokies. This unique venue can seat up to 250 guests (150 indoors) and includes a caterer’s kitchen, styling suite, built in sound system, indoor/outdoor events, covered patio, rolling bar, all dimmable lighting (from the sconces to the chandeliers), floor to ceiling gas fireplace, cocktail tables, 3 separate outdoor entertaining areas, restrooms and a private half bath.

Weekdays Only: Check in on Monday at 2 p.m., and check out on Wednesday at Noon. Includes: 2 nights in the Lodge and Sitton House (lodging for up to 38 guests including a newlywed suite), ceremony with chair set up at the Overlook Deck, covered patio with a view, patio games and fire pits, cocktail tables, plates and utensils, drinkware + DROP OFF MEALS: Dinner on Monday, Brunch & Dinner on Tuesday, and Brunch on Wednesday.
