About this venue

Stone Crossing is a private estate wedding venue tucked into the northwest hills of Boise, offering an intimate, timeless setting for celebrations of up to 300 guests. Built in 1968 and thoughtfully restored, the estate features striking stone architecture, cathedral ceilings, antique wood details, natural stone flooring, and locally crafted furnishings inspired by Idaho’s history and landscape. Couples can celebrate across multiple indoor, covered outdoor, and open-air spaces while enjoying the privacy of the entire estate. Stone Crossing offers full-service wedding packages with chef-prepared dining, bar service, linens, DJ and audio, coordination or planning, and guest-experience enhancements. Flexible private estate rental and ceremony-only options are also available for couples planning a more customized or intimate celebration.

House Beer & Wine — included with Classic

Our House Beer & Wine package includes two beer selections, one white wine, one red wine, hard seltzer, Coca-Cola soft drinks and water. Couples also receive getting-ready beverages, their choice of a champagne welcome or toast, and a seasonal beverage station featuring lemonade and iced tea or coffee and hot tea. Professional bartending and standard bar service are included. Featured in our Classic full-service experience.

    Gorgeous Spring Event

    Gorgeous views of the grounds with everything blossoming, scent of delicious BBQ buffet, dance floor in the grass with an amazing setup for the stage…. From start to finish, the Stone Crossing team aced it!! Very well done team!

    Uniqique and Beautiful

    I have completed several events as a florist at this venue. I especially appreciate the attention to detail that their management and Day of Coordination team provides. We always look forward to our events scheduled at Stone Crossing!

We offer several ways to celebrate at Stone Crossing. Our full-service Classic, Signature and Grand experiences are priced per adult and bundle the venue with dining, beverages, DJ/audio, planning or coordination, staffing, setup and more. Pricing varies by date collection and guest count. We also offer Venue Only, Ceremony Only, Reception Only and custom à la carte options on select dates. For couples using several services, our full-service packages typically offer the greatest overall value and savings.

Stone Crossing offers in-house bar service, with the option to use an approved outside licensed alcohol caterer for a $1,500 fee. Individual guests, wedding parties, and vendors may not bring personal alcohol onto the property. All alcohol served on-site must be provided and served by Stone Crossing or an approved licensed and insured alcohol provider.
Yes, Stone Crossing offers on-site guest parking. Parking logistics are coordinated based on final guest count and event needs.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances and trained staff.
Your reservation includes eleven hours from start to finish (12:00pm-11:00pm). Any additional time will be billed at $500 per hour.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 90 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
Stone Crossing is located at 9600 W Brookside Lane in Boise, approximately 25–30 minutes from the Boise Airport depending on traffic. Guests can reach the venue by rental car, rideshare, or private shuttle by taking I-84/W toward Eagle Road, then continuing north toward the northwest Boise foothills. Because Stone Crossing is a private estate property, we recommend guests map the address in advance and plan transportation accordingly.
Yes. Stone Crossing requires event liability insurance for weddings and events hosted on the property. This helps protect you, your guests, the venue, and any vendors involved in your celebration. Couples are required to provide a certificate of insurance before the event. If alcohol is being served, the policy may need to include the appropriate liquor-related coverage and list Stone Crossing and/or the required parties as additional insureds. Our team will provide the exact insurance requirements during the planning process so you know what to request from your provider.
