About this venue
Since opening in August of 2016, Rose Wood Event Venue has proudly hosted dozens of weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, Quinceañeras and business functions. Housed in a former church, our chapel-like setting provides an uplifting ambience that adds grace and luster to your special occasion. With two levels of rooms, including a bridal suite, groom's room, kitchen and conference center, our location has ample space for up to 200 guests for your wedding, business event, or other celebration.

Yes, we have a parking lot behind our building with additional free parking at the businesses to the east.
Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance, and hearing-impaired fire alarm lights.
All rentals receive: • Both outdoor & indoor facilities, including bridal & groom suites, full kitchen and 2 overflow rooms • Event set-up, transition and teardown • 60" round tables and 8' and 6' tables for up to 200 people • Sign-in table, Rolling bar and Cake table • Event attendant for up to 4 hours • Cleaning Services
All day rentals get access to the venue from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Hourly rentals are available.
Rose Wood is approximately one hour from the Kansas City Airport (KCI) taking I-70 West.
We offer a balloon drop for $350, balloons & blow up included.
