    Minister's thoughts

    In the Summer of 2024 it was my great pleasure to officiate at the renewal of a young couple’s Wedding Vows at Rogue Ranch, New Meadows, Idaho. The service was very intimate with everyone enjoying the outdoors ambiance. The site is easily accessed from the nearby town of New Meadows. The panoramic view of the mountains surrounding the valley is one of nature’s best. A brand-new covered stage with a sound system was available. We opted to use the open deck overlooking a large pond and attendees were seated casually in a pleasant adjoining wooded and grassy area. As the officiant, I had the availability of a microphone for the service, but the intimacy of the site didn’t really require it.The party area was attractively lit in the evening by strings of tiny lights wrapped around the trees, giving a quite magical ambiance to the whole experience. After the formal service, caterers hired from local establishments, provided excellent food and drink. The evening was enhanced with a bonfire and seating on hay bales and benches while the band performed. A fascinating “Fire Sphere,” a large openwork steel globe, illuminated the area by lighting a campfire inside it. It was a very delightful way to end the day in the quiet of the evening, with darkness falling, and the lowing of cattle in the valley.

    Magical mountain hideaway

    We loved our time at Rogue Ranch, we had an intimate wedding with 40 guests and it was breathtakingly beautiful. The stage was perfect for our band for the reception but the pond was an amazing ceremony spot. I love how close to McCall the venue is but it really feels off the beaten path surrounded by gorgeous mountains. Highly recommend!

Yes, we offer self-parking for up to 25 vehicles. If the event will have more than 25 vehicles, you must engage a transportation company for guest drop off and pick up.
Due to the natural setting of the venue, we cannot guarantee accessible facilities, although most of the ground in the main area of the venue is flat.

Your reservation includes the day before your event starting at 2:00pm for setup and rehearsal, the entire day of your event, and the day after your event until 12:00pm for cleanup.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you wish to change the date of your event and the request to change dates is received 90 days prior to your booked date, we’ll make every effort to rebook you, transfer payments made toward the new date and charge a $500 rebooking fee.
No, our venue is fully insured.
Our venue is located 110 miles from Boise, Idaho Airport and is a beautiful 2.5 hour drive from Boise airport to New Meadows, ID. Along the way you'll experience the scenic canyon drive, followed by expansive mountain and meadow views with cattle ranches as you make your way north to the serenity of our valley. Chartered air services are also available from Boise airport to McCall, Idaho private airport for those who prefer to skip the drive from Boise.
