Yes, we are a BYO facility. You provide the beer, wine, and spirits and our staff will do the set-up, service, breakdown, and clean-up. If you would like a signature cocktail, you only need to let us know your specialty drink and we will serve it for you and your guests!

Do you have accessible facilities?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. Our venue and patio are on 1 level to ensure easy access for all guests. We also have vehicles to assist with travel around our 20 acres.

What is your off-peak season?

January, February, March, and April are our off-season months. We offer off-season pricing for our venue as well. January through March is 40% off the standard venue package pricing. April and May are 30% off the venue package pricing.

How many hours are included in our booking?

Accepted Answer

We only host 1 event daily, so the festivities are all about you! From 10AM until the time of your ceremony, you have a concierge who is included in our Essential Venue Package. From the time of your ceremony, until the end of the evening, our preferred DJ/MC will help keep all the speeches flowing, your music playing, and direct the evening events. At midnight your party ends at the venue, but you won't be cleaning up. We take care of all the setup and clean-up of your event!

How do we get to your venue from the nearest airport?

Head west on Gallatin Field Rd. Go for 0.7 mi. Take the 3rd exit from roundabout onto Airway Blvd. Go for 0.6 mi. Take the 2nd exit from roundabout onto Airway Blvd. Go for 0.4 mi. Take ramp onto I-90 W. Go for 0.9 mi. Take exit 298 toward MT-291/MT-85/Belgrade/Amsterdam. Go for 0.3 mi. Turn left onto Jackrabbit Ln (MT-85 S/MT-291 S). Go for 6.8 mi. Turn left onto Huffine Ln (US-191). Go for 1.7 mi. Turn right onto Lynx Ln. Go for 0.7 mi. Rockin' TJ Ranch is at the end of the road, through the gate, and over the wooden bridge. Do we need to get insurance?

At Rockin' TJ Ranch, we are dedicated to the safety of our clients & guests. As part of this dedication, we have taken the time & effort to become licensed in many areas. We ensure everyone who comes to the Rockin' TJ Ranch is safe & protected, so they can truly have the time of their lives! Our current licenses are all up to date: MT Dept of Public Health & Human Services, Licensed Commercial Kitchen, MT State Department of Environmental Quality licensed public water system, MT State Board of Barbers & Cosmetology licensed full-service Salon & Spa, General Public Liability Insurance. You can get optional event insurance if you're interested.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A non-refundable fee of 50% of the venue rental cost and a signed agreement is required to reserve the event date. The remaining final venue balance is due no later than 90 days following signing your contract. The client understands that upon delivery of the signed agreement and the venue fees, the facility will no longer be available to rent to another party and if the event is canceled, there is no refund of the signing fee or final payments. Final payments if not paid will still be due. No refunds will be given for storms, power outages, or natural disasters.
