About this venue
Gallatin River Hideaway is Bozeman, Montana’s top two event venues. We are situated on 88 acres on the Gallatin River and offer 2 incredible venues, "Creekside" and “Bridalveil”. We are LGTBQIA friendly. All are welcome here! Each venue is approximately 6 acres and are completely independent with separate entrances and parking lots. Both Creekside and Bridalveil offer the option of “indoor” or outdoor use. The pavilions can be opened for an outdoor feel, or closed for a cathedral atmosphere. Amenities at each include a dance floor, stage, gazebo, grassy meadows, Edison lights in the trees, two horseshoe pits, fire pit, outdoor seating, use of tables and chairs for capacity seating, a 2 tap keg bar and single speaker with mic & stand, full flush toilet and bathroom facilities, catering kitchen with running water, refrigerators, children's play area and lighting in the wedding meadow and pathways. Bridalveil Venue
Bridalveil Venue at Gallatin River Hideaway
Outside, our Bridalveil Venue is a 6 acre parcel with a white gazebo in a 3 acre meadow, large fire pit area, horse shoe pits, a children's play area and a bath house with flushing bathroom facilities. Tables and chairs are included and storage area is located behind the Pavilion. Catering kitchen is attached to the round pole barn structure. Our River Trail that leads to the Gallatin River gives you gorgeous Golden Hour photos!

Our beautiful and spacious Bridal Veil Pavilion is a round pole barn that has a high vaulted point ceiling and is lit with soft white bistro lights. It features a concrete floor, dance floor, large lighted stage, catering kitchen, 3 refrigerators, large counter space and cold running water.

Creekside Venue
Creekside Venue at Gallatin River Hideaway
Our Creekside Venue has a grand entrance through the sliding barn doors on the front, stage with sliding barn doors with back lit white draped fabric and a snow white chandelier over the stage. The antique barn cupola chandelier is magical with warm Edison lights radiating to the corners along with white and craft paper banners. Outside is a fire pit, horse shoe pits and restroom facility. The creek runs behind the gazebo and the old railway bridge makes for amazing photos!

My husband and I got married at the Bridal Veil venue and it was everything we could have asked for! The venue is beautiful, just the right mix of being outside of town to enjoy nature but also close enough to town that shops and hotels are close. Teri is amazing, answered all our questions and was very supportive throughout our time communicating. The accessibility time for the venue is also a huge plus, two and half days was a big relief to have for setup and teardown. We couldn't have asked for a better venue! Definitely recommend!!

We held our June 2026 wedding here. It was absolutely perfect!! Some highlights are- Teri is the manager and she is so kind and helpful, there are multiple options for the ceremony, new running water restrooms, optional on site cabin rentals over looking the creek, 3 day weekend rental so we were able to set up the day before and come back the morning after to tear down (you do not have to put tables and chairs away which is so helpful) very laid back venue- fire pit was enjoyed, the lawn is really well maintained, this time of year Teri had flower baskets which added to the ambiance! We chose the Creekside venue and we are so happy with our choice! We recommend the Hilton at Four Corners for a hotel for guests as its 1/2 mile away 😊 there is also a children's playground behind the tent and we used the 2 keg setup they provide. The venue is huge- lots of photo opportunities for you and your guests- the large parking lot is directly next to the venue so your guests have to do minimal walking. Thank you Teri and team for our dream wedding!
