About this venue
Gallatin River Hideaway is Bozeman, Montana’s top two event venues. We are situated on 88 acres on the Gallatin River and offer 2 incredible venues, "Creekside" and “Bridalveil”. We are LGTBQIA friendly. All are welcome here! Each venue is approximately 6 acres and are completely independent with separate entrances and parking lots. Both Creekside and Bridalveil offer the option of “indoor” or outdoor use. The pavilions can be opened for an outdoor feel, or closed for a cathedral atmosphere. Amenities at each include a dance floor, stage, gazebo, grassy meadows, Edison lights in the trees, two horseshoe pits, fire pit, outdoor seating, use of tables and chairs for capacity seating, a 2 tap keg bar and single speaker with mic & stand, full flush toilet and bathroom facilities, catering kitchen with running water, refrigerators, children's play area and lighting in the wedding meadow and pathways. Bridalveil Venue
Bridalveil Venue at Gallatin River Hideaway
Outside, our Bridalveil Venue is a 6 acre parcel with a white gazebo in a 3 acre meadow, large fire pit area, horse shoe pits, a children's play area and a bath house with flushing bathroom facilities. Tables and chairs are included and storage area is located behind the Pavilion. Catering kitchen is attached to the round pole barn structure. Our River Trail that leads to the Gallatin River gives you gorgeous Golden Hour photos!

Our beautiful and spacious Bridal Veil Pavilion is a round pole barn that has a high vaulted point ceiling and is lit with soft white bistro lights. It features a concrete floor, dance floor, large lighted stage, catering kitchen, 3 refrigerators, large counter space and cold running water.

Creekside Venue
Creekside Venue at Gallatin River Hideaway
Our Creekside Venue has a grand entrance through the sliding barn doors on the front, stage with sliding barn doors with back lit white draped fabric and a snow white chandelier over the stage. The antique barn cupola chandelier is magical with warm Edison lights radiating to the corners along with white and craft paper banners. Outside is a fire pit, horse shoe pits and restroom facility. The creek runs behind the gazebo and the old railway bridge makes for amazing photos!
