One of the most unique features of River Yurt Village is the inclusion of overnight accommodations for up to 40 guests in the base price of our wedding package. Our beautifully designed Yurts allow your loved ones to stay on property, creating a destination-style wedding atmosphere without the added stress of travel or hotel logistics.

Included in your 40 Guest accommodations, the larger Yurts (4 available) sleep up to 7 guests! They include one King or Queen Bed, Twin over Full Bunk Bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. A Kitchenette with a Fridge, Microwave, Sink, Toaster, etc is provided as well as a Bathroom with a stand up Shower and Toilet. All Yurts also include their own private Palapa covered Porch with a Cedar Hot Tub, comfortable seating area and Gaucho Grill! The Yurts provide a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy family/friends!

The most picturesque Yurt for Couples is our Love Bird Yurt and is perfect for the Bride and Groom! Included in your 40 Guest accommodations, the Love Bird Yurt sleeps up to 4 guests! It includes a King Bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. A Kitchenette with a Fridge, Microwave, Sink, Toaster, etc is provided as well as a beautiful Claw Foot Tub and separate Bathroom. All Yurts also include their own private Palapa covered Porch with a Cedar Hot Tub, comfortable seating area and Gaucho Grill!

Price includes access to the Venue and Accommodations for up to 40 guests in our 8 yurts for 2 weekend nights (Fri at 4pm-Sat 11am). Several areas across the property can be used as reception spaces, allowing you to design a layout that fits your guest count, style, and vision. The outdoor Venue can be decorated by you to your needs. Peak Season- Mar-May, Oct-Nov, Off Season- Dec-Feb, June-Sept.

BEAUTIFUL VENUE
The team at River Yurt Village was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication was always punctual, calming and easy, making the planning process a breeze. The value they provided was truly outstanding - they set up all of our tables, chairs and even executed our vision of having drapes in the outdoor ceremony building, going above and beyond to make our day perfect and exactly how I envisioned it! The bonus of having a place for our whole family to stay the night in the gorgeous yurts was awesome for our out-of-town and close friends and family. My whole bridal party stayed in one yurt, while my husband's groomsmen stayed in another - it was so convenient and made the whole weekend feel like a special getaway! We couldn't be happier with the service and quality we received from River Yurt Village, and would recommend them to any couple planning their wedding!

As a vendor, I can’t say enough good things about River Yurt Village. The Open House Mixer & Ribbon Cutting was an absolute blast and a true reflection of the heart behind this place. From the glowing pavilion and cozy yurt interiors to the incredible energy from the Bandera County Chamber, neighbors, and guests — everything was done right. The setting along the Medina River is stunning, the experience is thoughtfully curated, and the team genuinely cares about creating memorable moments.
