    A natural setting with amazing scenery and beautiful foliage to make your day perfect.

    The pavilion no longer needs a Plan B; inspired by the original Rinesdi grounds theme, metal rustic doors have been added to this 4,000 square feet space. The addition of the metal frame doors can assist with transforming the pavilion into a space that can host any special occasion regardless of the wind or weather. The metal frame doors are adjustable in that they can create a half indoor or outdoor space that does not interrupt the flow of space but enhances it. Your dream for your special occasion is sure to captivate and amaze your guest whether it's a cozy space for the winter or a cool comfortable space for the summer. Either option is sure to maze your guest.

    One-day Rental

    Off-peak pricing $2,100

    Description

    Our venue does not rent according to how many guests you host. How many guests you host is up to you. The one-day rental package includes the use of the property on the day of your event from 8 am to 11 pm, with all activities ending and cleaned up by midnight. If you desire rehearsal or decoration time on the day prior to your event, providing the venue is not rented, costs $100.00 per hr.

    Two-day rental

    Off-peak pricing $2,800

    Description

    Our venue does not rent according to how many guests you host. How many guests you host is up to you. The two-day rental package includes the use of the property on the day prior to your event from 8 am to 11 pm Saturday, with all activities ending and cleaned up by midnight and a two-night stay in the bridal suite checking out time Sunday at 10am.

    A $500.00 security deposit is required to secure your dates at the time you decide to book. The deposit is non-refundable as it is a part of the total rental cost. With the remainder of the fee due (120) days before your event if not paid you run the risk of forfeiture of your dates. We understand situations can occur beyond one's control. If such an occurrence happens you may cancel by notifying management one week in advance.
    In the event of permanent cancellation of special events for reasons other than death of mother or father of the bride or groom, or acts of God such as natural disasters where it's is impossible to proceed, all payments made before the cancellation date are non-refundable and all outstanding payment will be due immediately upon cancellation. All cancellations or reservation changes other than the reason listed above must be made in writing 120 days before the scheduled event and verified by Rinesdi Banquets & Events LLC. There will be no refund for other cancellations.
    Yes, you are responsible for your own caterer, and all other vendors (florist, cake, music, etc).
    Rinesdi does allow alcohol but not brown bagging. It is the client's responsibility to provide alcohol by the drink and provide a certified pourer.
    No, we don't require wedding liability coverage, but if you serve alcohol we highly recommend that you purchase wedding liability coverage as it covers you and your guest. You can purchase it from any local liability coverage company.
    Full payment is due 120 days before the event. If the full payment is not paid within that 120 days you will be in breach of your contract and will forfeit your dates and any monies paid.
    Yes we require that music be brought to a minimum level at 10:00 pm and ends at 11:00pm to allow cleanup by 12:00 midnight.
    The client that rents the venue is responsible for clean up. You may assign the task to someone to make sure the venue is cleaned and make sure all tables and chairs are properly stored, lights are turned off, keys are returned, the building is secured, and the gate is locked, however, the client that rented the venue are still responsible for the overall cleanness and securing of the facility.
