The coastline of Tomales Bay is the perfect setting for a romantic wedding and we provide an endless number of picturesque options where a bride and groom can celebrate their vows or capture their wedding photographs. Later, guests can enjoy an elegant, private reception at Nick’s Cove Restaurant and Oyster Bar, featuring the finest seafood, shellfish, meats, and wines that Northern California has to offer. Following the reception, the happy couple can retreat to the peace and privacy of their romantic waterfront cottage. For weddings with 50 or less guests, please review our General Guidelines. Tomales Bay Waterfront Lounge

Outdoor seating on our Tomales Bay Waterfront Patio, adjacent to the waterfront cottages.

The coastline of Tomales Bay is the perfect setting for a romantic wedding and we provide an endless number of picturesque options where a bride and groom can celebrate their vows or capture their wedding photographs: the rustic simplicity of our boating pier, the casual beauty of our beaches, or even from the back of a chartered boat. This private dining location is “weather permitting” and may necessitate a rented tent.

Description

Nick’s Cove Restaurant, Oyster Bar and Cottages is available for an all-property buy out. You and your guests will enjoy two magical nights in our luxuriously appointed cottages and all of our private dining rooms/spaces are available to you and your guests for the entire day of your event, including our famous “Boat Shack”, our beautiful main dining room with historic bar and fireplace, enclosed Tule Deck and our Waterfront Oyster Bar, as well as our two-acre, on-site farm, The Croft.

        The pier at Nick’s Cove was the perfect setting for our intimate (COVID) wedding. While the boathouse itself is public property, the staff at Nick’s went out of their way to support our event. Tomales Bay at sunset is a pretty spectacular way to exchange vows and Nick’s hamburgers in the boathouse made for a perfect wedding feast!
