About this venue

We are a family established, owned and operated business that has been bringing families together for 60 plus years. We are located alongside beautiful Cook Pond and our downstairs room, The Killarney Room with a capacity of 250 guests, has outside patio access, a gazebo, and a beautiful view overlooking the pond. Our upstairs Laurel Room has a capacity of 100 guests, a small outside balcony area, and also a beautiful view. All of our banquet menus and venue setups are very flexible to customization, and we strive for each family to enjoy their special day. We host Weddings, Showers, Birthdays, Celebrations of all kids, a plethora of events and gatherings all centered around guest satisfaction, and we know each aspect of planning culminates in a beautiful result.     Mcgoverns

    Our wedding day at McGovern's On The Water was incredible, and we owe a lot of that to their team. From the moment we arrived, the staff kept everything moving smoothly and handled every detail with care. They were responsive throughout the day, checking in with us and our guests to make sure everyone was taken care of. The venue itself is stunning with beautiful views, and the quality of everything they provided really showed. We felt confident the whole time knowing we were in capable hands.
