About this venue

The Malaga Inn is a historic boutique hotel and event venue in downtown Mobile, Alabama. Originally constructed in 1862 as two side-by-side twin townhouses by brothers-in-law, the property blends antebellum charm with modern hospitality amenities. Built during the Civil War era (1862), the property is the only boutique inn of its kind in Alabama. It even features historic tunnels underneath the West house.

Outdoor brick Courtyard, historic Carriage House, and Mayme's Lounge. 39 custom-designed boutique guest rooms and suites for on-site overnight stays. On-site bar service available through Mayme’s Lounge; allows outside caterers. Weddings, rehearsal dinners, cocktail receptions, corporate gatherings, and private parties.
