Smoking is not allowed on Legacy Inn Property. Occupancy in our hotel is limited to registered guests staying at the Legacy Inn, unless the full property or an event space has been rented. Rooms requiring excessive cleaning or containing damage will be the responsibility of the guests and fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Fees will be charged at the discretion of The Legacy Inn.
Due to limited parking onsite we ask that you only bring one car per room. If you need to bring more than one there is public parking two lots down from our inn.
Due to our limited availability, reservations must cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date in order to receive a refund. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO AND ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE LEGACY INN.
