About this venue

aimea Estates is a private oceanfront wedding venue on the south shore of Oʻahu — in Honolulu, minutes from Waikīkī and Diamond Head. Kānaka Maoli owned and family-run, Justin and Mirasol Panoke host every celebration alongside their ʻohana. Kaimea is built for intimate weddings, not large productions. We host a limited number of celebrations each year — from elopements for two to receptions of up to 50 guests — so every couple gets our full kōkua. The whole estate is yours on your day: no shared events, no crowds. Everything is already in place when you arrive — oceanfront ceremony site, ceremony and reception furniture, our speakeasy-inspired bar, lighting, sound, and shuttle service. Just the two of you. An oceanfront ceremony beneath our 80-year-old plumeria tree, on a private estate on Oʻahu's south shore that we care for ourselves. Licensed Hawaiʻi officiant, four-post wooden arch, chairs, signing table, keepsake certificate, bridal room, house sound, and full setup — all in place before you arrive. Up to 10 guests, including the two of you. 1.5 private hours, one celebration a day, so the estate is yours alone. You arrive ready, you marry, A hui hou!

Ceremony and cocktail hour, oceanfront and turn-key. Everything from our ceremony collection plus full grounds access, bar service with a professional bartender (you bring the alcohol, we handle the rest), lounge furniture, wine barrels, lawn games, welcome and cake tables, and two round-trip shuttles from Waikīkī. Up to 40 guests, 70 by request. Three hours, morning or late afternoon, one celebration a day — the estate is yours alone. Day-of coordinator required.

The full wedding day, oceanfront and already in place. Ceremony beneath our 80-year-old plumeria, cocktail hour, and reception — with tables, linens, white china, flatware, flutes, bar and bartender, coffee station, full lighting, two house sound systems with an on-site tech, and three round-trip shuttles from Waikīkī. Up to 50 guests, 60 by request. Six hours, Luncheon or Twilight, one celebration a day. Catering through our approved partners. Hybrid coordinator required.

    A Special Place

    I had been providing transportation services to Kaimea Estates for about 12 years now. I wanted to write this review because these are very great people and they had been providing the upmost friendly professional services for a long as I been coming here. Venue is always well kept to perfection. From the moment you walk in the venue, you will be welcomed with ALOHA. I had been to many different venues but I gotta say Kaimea Estates is definitely on point from friendly staffs, fully customized personal touches and will make you definitely feel like it’s your special day!!     Hawaiian Wedding - Intimate - Oahu - Love - Aloha

    We got married at Kaimea Estates, and I honestly couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful place to begin our marriage. The property is absolutely stunning and conveniently located in East Honolulu. It was everything we hoped for in a venue especially since we had a small & intimate ceremony. What made the experience especially meaningful was the family team who operates it and how much they genuinely cared about making sure we had a beautiful wedding day! Justin and Mirasol were an integral part of the planning, setup, and operations of our wedding day, helping ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They have a great routine in place and work with solid, reliable vendors, which made the entire process feel seamless and well-coordinated. Their experience, attention to detail, and patience with my last minute requests made a difference in our wedding experience.     Beautiful Venue!

    We’ve had the opportunity to be at Kaimea Estates multiple times, and every experience has been amazing. Justin and Mirasol’s hospitality is truly next level. They have a way of making everyone feel welcomed, cared for, and right at home. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The property, ocean views, incredible sunsets, food, and overall atmosphere make it such a special place to gather and celebrate. You can tell how much thought and care they’ve put into every detail, and the level of hospitality is first class. Kaimea Estates is truly a special place, made even more special by Justin and Mirasol. Highly recommend!

    The Engle Ohana

    From our first conversation, the team at Kaimea Estates understood what we needed and made the planning process feel easy and stress-free. The venue itself is stunning with incredible views and an intimate atmosphere that made us feel at home, and the pricing was hard to beat for what you get. The staff went out of their way to help us find vendors and guided us through every decision, never making us feel rushed. They were genuinely invested in making our day special, and their calm, supportive approach helped ease the nerves that come with planning a wedding. We appreciated how personal and comfortable they made everything feel, from our first meeting all the way through our ceremony. Kaimea Estates truly exceeded our expectations and we couldn't imagine having celebrated with anyone else.

    Aesthetic nook, In the heart of Aina Haina

    I was at Kaimea Estates for my friend Kala’i’s wedding on June 27th 2025 and it was such a beautiful and picture perfect day. The ocean views, the sunset, everything just felt perfect for it The whole place has a really peaceful, Hawaiian feel to it. Super intimate and just a nice spot to slow down and take it all in. You can tell a lot of care and love went into the space and the whole experience. If you’re thinking about a wedding or special event in Hawaii, I’d definitely recommend it. Big mahalo to Justin and Mirasol for sharing such a special place and making the day so memorable

Your reservation includes seven hours from start to finish for half day bookings and eleven hours including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $750 per hour if available
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 60 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
Yes, we require all events to to have host liquor liability insurance. We would are more than happy to help with this very simple process.
