    This place is great ! Beautiful hotel with amazingly helpful staff.

Yes, we offer complimentary self-parking for event attendees.
No, we do not allow any outside food or beverage. TABC law specifically states it is illegal to bring any alcoholic beverages to any catered function in a licensed facility. TABC requires that absolutely no alcoholic beverage may be taken out of the hotel banquet area at any time by the client and their guests. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased by the hotel sales office at the time of booking the event.
Elegant white China, polished silverware, and glasses for beverages are included within room rental and food costs. The Hilton Garden Inn - Temple will also provide black or white poly tablecloths and standard centerpieces completely complimentary. We also partner with a local vendor for upgraded table services and decorations, we can arrange the billing and ordering so you don't have to!
No, our venue is fully insured.
Your reservation includes twelve hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
A method of payment or credit card authorization form, along with a contract is due in order to confirm the holding of any space. The method of payment will be authorized 72 business hours prior to the event and charged the next business day after the event. A check may be presented to take care of charges no less than 2 weeks prior to the event date, and a credit card will still be held on file to guarantee. In order to provide the best level of service a 22% administrative fee will be added to all charges.
