Welcome to Harbour View — where we make your dreams a reality. Every year we host hundreds of weddings and special events located right on the Occoquan River. With its contemporary, neutral décor and breathtaking river views, Harbour View blends a rich luxurious feel with the natural beauty of a waterfront setting. If you’re looking to put on an elegant affair with a guest count of 10 to 250 guests, you’ve come to the right place.

Off-peak pricing $5,900-7,900
5 hours of event time, 2 hour setup time and 1 hour clean-up time (8 hours total) Private suites starting at setup time to get dressed and relax Small ballroom AND Gallery during cocktail hour including Large ballroom AND Gallery after cocktail hour including: Round guest tables, sweetheart table, and tables for buffet, and cake Padded Chiavari chairs as needed Use of outdoor balcony 1 hour rehearsal before the wedding date

Small Ballroom up to 80 Guest

The smaller of our two ballrooms, this room comfortably seats up to 80 guests banquet style. It is an ideal space for cocktail hour overflow, smaller receptions, meetings, luncheons, networking events, and wintertime wedding ceremonies. (This room can only book 45 days out)

River Room up to 40 Guest
Peak pricing $1,000
This intimate first-floor space is ideal for meetings, breakout sessions, bridal and baby showers, and rehearsal dinners of up to 40 guests. A wall of windows give an uninterrupted view of the river—sure to impress—and the room opens onto a private and peaceful patio.
- 2 Hours Set up, 3 Hour Event, 1 Hour Breakdown
- Room can ONLY be booked 45 days before the event
