The Milltop is a place steeped in Fort Collins’ history. This second story loft once hosted a maze of pulleys, catwalks and grain bins: the ‘nerve center’ of our historic mill. Today, there’s room to spare in this fully restored space, where century-old brick walls, hand-hewn beams and a vaulted ceiling bring this airy and inviting room to life. The Milltop opens onto The Cache Patio, a glass-enclosed, all-season space which is also available to add to your event.

While excavating the basement of our old mill, we uncovered a one-of-a-kind jewel: The Wine Cellar, a beautiful space where historic stone walls and sturdy old-growth beams are now home to sparkling chandeliers and our award-winning collection of Old and New World wines. This unique, intimate hideaway is made for extraordinary dining and events.

A beautiful glass-enclosed patio that offers year round indoor-outdoor entertaining and a stunning, bird’s eye view of the River District. This gorgeous space makes it easy to enjoy the golden hour on beautiful summer evenings, and in the winter, it’s like being in a snow globe as the fireplace flickers and the sparkling flakes fall. Gorgeous reclaimed wood tables, comfortable seating and seasonal floral displays complete the amazing spot.

Our Teaching Kitchen, located in the heart of the old mill, is a great space to gather with family or friends for a cooking or baking class, private dinner, bridal shower or groom's event. We can custom craft a menu or you may choose from one our popular classes on cooking, baking, wine tasting, cocktails and many more. It's also available for non-cooking events – receptions, gatherings and meals.
