Mother of Bride
The communication with the Gainesville Civic Center was great - they were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had during the wedding planning process. The space itself was wonderful, exactly as described on their website. On the day of our wedding, the venue was set up exactly as I had requested, and everything went smoothly. The Gainesville Civic Center was the perfect backdrop for our special day and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this venue to any couples looking to get married in the area.
Hall is Home for Kids Christmas
We have held our foster child & youth Christmas event at the CC for the last 4 years. We have found the facility to be perfect our our event that attracts about 350 foster children/youth and their caretaker families. The CC staff always go above and beyond for our event and we can’t see us not holding our event at the Civic Center. They are great.
