Description

12 hour rental includes time before the event for you & your vendors to decorate & prepare for guest arrival. We require one hour following the end of guest time for departure/load out. Deposit: $250 refundable after event less damages/fees/balance. Security $50/hr/officer for guest time through the end of rental. Events with less than 200 guests & no alcohol require (1) officer. All other events require (2). You pay them at the event.
