We built Fast Friends on the values of creating positive change and inspiring people to DO/good, LOVE/big, and LIVE/now. Tucked away from the bustle of traffic, Fast Friends sits on three and a half acres of lush green space just south of downtown Austin. It’s part oasis, part retreat, and all about fostering human connection over good food and good beer. We combine craft brewing, farm-to-table culinary, wellness and philanthropy into a unique hospitality experience that's unlike anything else in Austin. Stop in, say howdy and enjoy a breezy afternoon under the canopy of live oaks. There's something for everyone here, and we've never met a stranger.

    Incredible South Austin Venue!!

    My husband and I just celebrated our 15 year anniversary in the private event room at Fast Friends. The entire experience was flawless. From the bartender Caleb, to the Director of Events Courtney to each staff member who helped with out food - it was amazing! Truly if you are searching for a unique event space in South Austi without spending a fortune, look no further! The space is elegant, modern and pretty versatile. We were even allowed in one our early to set up with our other vendors. I am truly thrilled that we chose this spot for our celebration!!!!

    My wife and I had our wedding party at Fast Friends in November and it was amazing! David and Brandy were so easy to work with and flexible with pretty much anything we were wanting to do. Their downstairs has a unique aesthetic with a beautiful bar and cool speakeasy room. They have a music system to set the tone which they set to our preferred genre/favorite band. The inside is a huge space which opens up through a garage door to a patio with a garden and streamed lights. It’s truly a gem and we’re so lucky we got to have our party here. We had around 80 guests and there was room for many more! They even hooked us up with discounted merch for give aways. Highly recommend!!!

Food and beverage minimums are based on a 4 hour event.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance and an elevator for moving between levels.
