Guests at The Cottages enjoy seamless, top-tier catering provided directly by the acclaimed culinary team at Valley Ridge. Whether you're planning back-to-back celebrations or hosting a multi-day event—like a rehearsal dinner at Valley Ridge followed by a wedding at The Cottages—you can easily split your festivities between both locations while enjoying unified, exceptional service.

      Included in this room:

      A full-resort rental is required for traditional wedding weekends and includes exclusive access from 12 p.m. Friday through 3 p.m. Sunday. During that time, the cottages, rooftop deck, beach, pier, swimming area, event spaces and parking are reserved privately for you and your guests. The extended rental also gives you and your planning team plenty of time for decorating, vendor setup and cleanup without trying to fit everything into a single day.

      Yes. To guarantee 100% privacy during your wedding weekend, a full-resort rental is required. This prevents outside guests or tourists from walking through the grounds, rooftop deck, or beach during your rehearsal, ceremony, or reception.
      Weddings function as weekend-long destination celebrations. Your buyout grants you full, private access to the entire property from 12:00 PM Friday through 3:00 PM Sunday. This gives you plenty of time for setup, rehearsals, the main wedding, Sunday brunch, and teardown without feeling rushed.
      No. The venue has an open-vendor policy with no food or beverage minimums. You are free to bring in your own preferred caterers, food trucks, bartenders, DJs, florists, and photographers. (Note: All vendors must be pre-approved by the hosts, and event insurance may be required.)
      Yes. Because you manage your own food and beverage, you can supply your own alcohol, which can significantly reduce reception costs. You can utilize the permanent rooftop tiki bar for service.
      We require you use our preferred vendors for catering at Valley Ridge Resort, although you can pay a fee to bring in outside vendors.
      We offer room for 125 people at the Cottages for Ceremony and Reception space. If you have more than 125 people, we can accommodate you at our sister location "Valley Ridge Golf Course".
      We have an onsite "Lodge" that offers a space for an after party celebration.
