    East Tennessee Dream

    For a GREAT East Tennessee view and atmosphere for an affordable price, you can't go wrong with Colonial Estates. Great mountain view with great facilities to share your special day with friends and family.

Yes, parking attendants are included in packages for 50 or more guests.
Yes, you may bring your own alcohol for a licensed and insured bartender to serve. A bartender from one of our preferred bartending companies must be hired to serve all alcoholic drinks. Bartenders also offer a concierge service to deliver your chosen alcoholic beverages.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including retainers, are non-refundable. Under emergency circumstances, we do allow one date change without any additional charge, subject to date availability.
Our venue is located 9.5 miles away from the Knoxville Airport. Take the 1st right onto Alcoa Hwy/US-129 S/TN-115. Continue to follow US-129 S/TN-115. Then 6.69 miles Turn left onto Fairview Drive (next to Wal Mart) Turn right onto Old Niles Ferry Rd. at the stop sign Then 1.16 miles Turn left onto Bert Garner Ln. Elopements and micro weddings include 2-4 hours. Friday through Sunday weddings include 12 hours plus 2 hour rehearsal time.
