Experience the magic. Wide open pastures with a beautiful 7600 sq. ft barn venue that sits next to a one of a kind bamboo forest. Our beautiful event barn, magical bamboo forest, horses, goats, and waterfront location on Lake Wylie offer a unique event experience for all occasions with capacity for up to 225 seated indoors and up to 400 outdoors. Just 20 minutes from the Charlotte airport, 10 minutes from hotels, and 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte, we are conveniently located yet tucked away in our own secluded oasis. This space behind the venue sits between the bamboo forest and Lake Wylie, on an open pasture. We can customize your set up to your preferences and desired photo ops.

Twenty 10’ benches and 225 folding chairs set up for your ceremony (seating capacity of 225). There is white boardwalk set up as ceremony aisle. Couples will also have their choice of wedding arbor for this space.

    If you are on the hunt for the perfect venue, please check out Camelot Meadows! It has so much to offer. There are many different spots to get married on the property. They have a magical bamboo forest that can be used for a ceremony or cocktail hour. It is a must see! The venue building is gorgeous with nice well appointed rooms to get ready. They have a putting green and fire pit off of the grooms room. There is a tiny home (gorgeous and modern) to rent for the night as well as a bigger house on the property that sits on Lake Wylie. The owner and manager are a dream to work with. This venue was everything and more for us. Check it out!

    We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and it was a phenomenal setting all around. Plenty of space for those who want to get rowdy and those who don't, with lots of different places to gather throughout the property. Deb is very kind and her staff are well organized. Great little gem in Belmont.

    I have worked with Camelot Meadows both as a mobile bar service and Coordinator. Their venue is beautiful with many unique aspects to it that other venues do not have to offer. Every room is fantastic, even the catering kitchen. I have worked with many venues and they have been one of the best I have worked with and continue to work with as we are consistently booked there through the upcoming years. I recommend them to all of our clients still looking for a venue or one that would like to work with us but need to know what venues we work with. You cannot go wrong with booking Camelot Meadows and I continue to look forward to our partnership moving forward.

    Our company (AAA Entertainment) was fortunate enough to be the first DJ to play at a wedding for Camelot Meadows. The venue itself is not only brand new, but it is absolutely beautiful!!! You can get married inside or go outside as well and get married in a bamboo forest or right in the meadow. You honestly can't go wrong with any of the locations. The staff is absolutely wonderful to work with and they bend backwards to make sure the whole day goes off without a hitch. They have even asked me several times what they can do better after each wedding that I have done there and I honestly couldn't think of anything. You can't go wrong with this venue. As a fellow wedding vendor, I highly recommend!!!
