Amavi Event Venue

They have an open-vendor policy, allowing you to bring in any caterer or even prepare your own food (food must be pre-prepared; the kitchen is for serving only).

Permitted, but must be served by a licensed and insured bartender from their preferred list. There is typically a $300 alcohol fee for these events.

The staff handles the initial setup and final teardown of all venue-provided tables and chairs. You are responsible for removing your personal decor and trash.

The rental of the venue includes: the use of brides room, grooms room, and kitchen a variety of tables for guests, serving food, cake, sign in, and gifts up to 225 chairs basic linen rental (up to 6 full sized tablecloths, or 12 runners. More can be added for an additional fee) setup of the tables and chairs to the layout of your choice before the rental time begins takedown of the tables and chairs at the end of the night

To reserve your date at Amavi we require a non-refundable deposit of $500 and a signed contract. Once we have the deposit and signed contract we will reserve your date for you. Our event space can seat up to 200 people comfortably with enough room for food tables, a reception line, and dancing. However the space can seat up to 225 people maximum at tables.
