I've been planning special events for friends and family for years! I've always been told you should do this professionally. So I've decided to take my passion for parties and and my love for helping people and turn it into the business of my dreams! Let me help you create your (personal information protected by Zola)!!!
You basically become my best friend during this process. I personally guide you through this as if it were my own wedding. I love pouring my heart and soul into each event to make it unique and as special as each couple I work with.

More help than I could have ever noticed
I was a “do it yourself” Bride, and originally wasn’t sure I wanted a coordinator. The BEST decision I made was hiring this team. Clear and kind communication made me feel calm throughout the day. Never did we feel rushed or pressured, or silly for asking questions. No task was too big or small- if it would help us Christiana handled it. We had said I Do and were getting the evening rolling, when they not only kept all vendors on time, they took time to clean the alter making sure we kept deposits and all our little keepsakes. Your wedding is a beautiful day, take some stress off your shoulders and hire this team.

Great Day of Coordinator, Budget Friendly Pricing
Christina with Wildflower Weddings and Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the beginning, her communication was prompt, clear, and detailed, putting us at ease throughout our planning process. Christina has great attention to detail and was very timely and attentive. She regularly checked in with us leading up to the big day, coordinated with all of our vendors 1-2 weeks beforehand, and also helped with the rehearsal the day before as well as with setup/takedown of the decor and food the day of. The fact that we didn't hear of a single issue on our wedding day is a true testament to her hard work - she handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes so we could simply enjoy ourselves. We would highly recommend her to any couple looking for coordination services, especially those on a tighter budget.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! Christina and her team were incredible. She was so helpful, always thinking ten steps ahead and keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Her communication was amazing – I never felt out of the loop. On the day of the wedding, she brought in extra staff to make sure everything ran smoothly, and she didn’t even charge me extra for that, which I deeply appreciated. Leading up to the wedding, she emailed me detailed questions, forms, and even reached out directly to my vendors to coordinate everything (which I know many day-of coordinators don’t do). I felt completely comfortable with her handling all the details, and I’m so grateful I found her. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect.

Best Baby Shower Ever!
Christina helped plan and make my Baby shower so special. From the games, the decor, and the food/desserts, every detail was thoughtfully put together and the event ran so smoothly. I would recommend her to anyone planning a special life event and/or wedding!
