I also offer day-of and à la carte wedding coordination, along with event design services. If you’ve handled most of the planning but want extra support on the day, I’ll step in to oversee the flow and manage any last-minute details. Beforehand, I take the time to understand your plans so everything runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

While based in Connecticut, I plan and coordinate events across the East Coast and have worked on weddings as far as Washington, D.C. I am happy to travel for select events and will discuss all associated costs, including accommodations and transportation.

How far in advance should I book?

For full-scale weddings, events, and design planning, I recommend reaching out 12 to 24 months in advance. For day-of or smaller events, 9 months ahead is ideal. If your event is sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out. If I’m available, and depending on the scope of services, I’d be happy to help whenever possible.

Wedding service pricing is based on a percentage of your budget, while all other offerings have a starting price. I love creating events that feel elevated, memorable, and truly extraordinary, with a touch of outside-the-box thinking.

Do you help with design & decor?

Yes! I specialize in layout and styling details to ensure your space feels intentional, cohesive, and aligned with your overall vision. I create design boards for the overall event and also offer the creation of custom stationery, bringing all the visual elements together. I enjoy the creative side of events and use this expertise to make sure you’re ecstatic with the final result.

Can we work together if I already have booked vendors?

Absolutely! I’m happy to work with your existing vendors and can also recommend trusted professionals to complement the team you’ve already booked.

For weddings, do you help with next day setup or brunch following the event?

Accepted Answer

For weddings, I’m available to assist with next-day setup or to coordinate a brunch the following day, either at a venue or at the hotel where you and your guests are staying. I can also personally gather florals or other items from your wedding and deliver them to the venue or hotel for the brunch. Both services are available for an additional fee, to be agreed upon in advance.

I specialize in crafting personalized details that reflect your style and story, from custom signage and invitations to menu cards, painted table runners, curated table settings, and unique lounge setups. Additional bespoke décor elements can be discussed, with pricing adjusted based on the scope of the request. For elements requiring specialized expertise beyond my scope, I coordinate with trusted professionals to ensure your vision is executed flawlessly, beautifully, and within your budget.

Custom décor pricing is based on the cost of materials, labor, and sourcing, with 40% of the subtotal applied as my service fee for designing, coordinating, and setting up the elements. I provide clear estimates and include all costs in your proposal, so there are no surprises.

For full wedding planning and design, I charge 15% of the total wedding budget, with budgets starting at $40,000. I recommend setting aside a 10–15% contingency fund to ensure there’s flexibility for any additions or adjustments along the way.
