I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

In order to provide lower prices, I require you book with one of my vendors. The prices listed are NOT with that in mind. They are listed as my “Preferred Vendors”. Again, this is a requirement to receive HALF OFF of the listed prices. I'm honest. I am not in this to make money, but simply because I love love. I enjoy serving people as my primary love language is "acts of service". If you're into Myers Briggs personality types, I am an ENTJ. If you're into zodiac signs, I am a Virgo. So you can only imagine! I am persnickety! I also have a pretty demanding full time job--so this allows me to have some fun in my life.

    Britney is by far the most organized and professional coordinator I’ve ever worked with! I’ve DJ’d my fair share of weddings, and worked with a plethora of wedding coordinators. Her communication was excellent and always right on time. Transitioning from the ceremony, to the reception, to the dance portion of the evening, was as seamless as you can hope for as a DJ. It was not a pleasure to work with Britney, but an HONOR to. One thing that stood out the most and really set her apart, is that fact that she loves love. That was readily apparent in the way she carried herself and executed her responsibilities for the day. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re looking for someone to coordinate your wedding! Seriously, look no further!

    We could write an entire novel on how amazing B was and why you should book her, so keep that in mind as we try and simplify that down to this review. Incredible, life saver, the best thing we could have done for our wedding, yeah those are just a few of the hundreds of reasons why I would suggest B as your wedding planner/coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was exactly what we wanted, listening to us and providing guidance from her experience on what would work best and couldn’t be happier with the results! We were initially trying to plan things ourselves in an effort to save a dime, but as things drew closer, that became the cause of many a stressful days given that our schedules during the week were not conducive to getting much planning done together. We also knew with how much was going into the wedding day, we wanted to be able to enjoy it and not be stressed. B jumped onboard 2.5 months before our big day, our venue had very specific rules to be followed and most of the contracts were in place, so she was kind of pigeonholed to work with the people we chose, none of which she had worked with before. The few vendors that we hadn’t finalized, she had options for and helped us secure, and they were fantastic. We had one VERY challenging vendor that she was on top of, more than we realized, and took care of the daily follow ups that this vendor ended up needing in order to make it to the big day. B handled everything very professionally, helped bring things to us in timely manners with To-do lists, and asked all the questions we didn’t even know to ask. Type A organization at its best! She is super personable but also stern in a way that gets results and clearly aligns expectations from all parties. Come wedding day, B was on it!!! She had everything planned out to a T and was able to adapt to the changes we wanted as they came up. She brought all the vendors together on the same page, dealt with the issues that were bound to come up as they did without us ever knowing that anything happened, and did so with the biggest smile on her face. The venue personnel even commented on how much more she was doing than others when it came to the clean up post wedding. We’ve had so many people comment on how amazing she was and our family is already wanting to use her for the next wedding. We left our wedding day so happy, it was everything we wanted and more and there is absolutely NO way it would have been remotely as amazing without B. We are so grateful we found her and can not recommend her enough!

    My wedding day was near perfect and it’s all because of Britney. When we ran behind, she got everything back on track. If I was concerned, she had a solution. And all night she made sure I did not stand in mud. My grandma said she constantly saw Britney running around taking care of things and I had no idea. I would highly recommend 10/10!

    I hired B two months before our wedding to help not only narrow down logistics but also be the Day Of Coordinator. In my experience, If you’re very picky, hands on, and hate delegating, full service might be more than you need. I was glad that she was okay with being hired only two months before and that she just dove right in. She noticed hiccups that I hadn’t thought about and gave me a list of so many questions to avoid issues on the ay of. I am so grateful that I was able to find someone so inexpensive who’s just doing this because they love love. Who does that these days? My family was definitely ranting and raving about her because she took the time to get to know people’s names and called them by their names. She made sure that not only we were good but that our parents and grandparents were good as well. She helped us save some money on venue related things and certain vendors. Honestly, I would have paid her WAY more for everything she did. I tipped very generously because in those last few months before a wedding Is truly where the larger stressors start to take a toll. I know that people may be hesitant to book before of the price point but I guess I thought of it as, because I am paying nothing that I have nothing to lose. She is a diamond in the rough—I’m telling you. I’m literally in tears as I type this because my day was so tricking amazing!!! THANK YOU!!!!
