I have been in the business for over 25 years. I have lived all over the world and have worked and experienced so many wonderful ways to do things that I believe passing them on during an event is fabulous. I enjoy very much working with our couples and fulfilling their dreams and illuminating their stress. Listening to their thoughts on what they want on this very special day and being able to incorporate it all. What we enjoy most is exceeding the couples expectations it is our absolute goal!
Heartfelt is just that, everything comes from the Heart. We try very much to incorporate family items, special memories, soft touches. It is important to listen to the couple and pick up on things that matter, for instance a special dessert that a family member made, possibly incorporating that for a special treat. Heartfelt not only does weddings and events but we are a full service event company. We have our own linens, cutlery, crockery, we have a catering license and we do dinners, desserts as well as flowers design.

Day of Coordinator - 09.06.25
Working with Heartfelt Events was absolutely amazing! At first, I was worried about having someone else bring my vision to life, but Jackie did a phenomenal job of putting everything together on the day of my wedding. From the decor, keeping us on schedule, to having answers to my questions before I even knew the questions to ask. I couldn't recommend someone better to be there with you on your special day! She's easy to talk to, pays attention to detail and genuinely cares about making your day as special as it can be.
Wedding day of coordinator
Jackie at Heartfelt Events was the all-time best-ever day of coordinator. She was easily reachable, and quickly understood our wedding preferences. Her table decorations day-of were perfect. She has infinite energy, ensuring each planned minute of the wedding day was executed at the right time behind the scenes. She has a wealth of knowledge, tips and tricks to make your wedding day the day of your dreams!
Wedding Planner
Jackie was my wedding planner on June 7th, 2025. She was amazing. We started communicating early on about all the important things. She created a bus document that she supplied to all the vendors once all the details were finalized. She attended our three-month and one-month planning meetings at the venue to ensure she was informed about what was happening and where. She built seating charts and was more than willing to change things when I didn't initially like them. She led the rehearsal and gave everyone tips and tricks. She put together all the flowers and set up the arch, which was BEAUTIFUL. During the wedding day, she was a calming presence for me. She led when things got hectic for me and made sure we didn't miss anything. Overall, I am incredibly happy with Jackie and think she did an amazing job as my wedding planner.
A beautiful wedding guided by great professionals
The wedding venue at Stoneyman Valley Ranch was amazing. We received so many compliments on the beauty of the venue. The venue was made even more spectacular by Jackie, our wedding planner. She took care of the decorations, the table setting, coordinated the wedding day logistics, made items for and decorated the dessert table, put together the flowers and cleaned up the hall. These were all the things, as mother of the bride, I thought would fall into my lap. Ms Jackie was worth every penny. I would highly recommend her
