Description

Full-service planning and design from booking through the event day, starting with an initial consultation and custom proposal. Includes event design consultation, theme and décor planning, vendor coordination, timeline development, and setup and styling guidance, with unlimited communication throughout the planning process. Décor, rentals, florals, entertainment, venue fees and vendor costs are separate.

Event-day management starting at $750 for up to 6 hours, with extended coverage of 6–10 hours at $1,250 and a full day of 10+ hours at $1,750. Includes vendor arrival coordination, timeline management, setup oversight, and troubleshooting throughout the event, with Elegant Event Design as the primary point of contact for vendors and venue staff. Day-before setup is available.
