Durango Event Planners is a wedding coordination and event planning company located in Durango, Colorado. This experienced team, led by owner and chief event planner Amber Andrew, strives to provide memorable milestone events for each of their valued clients in and around Durango, Silverton, Bayfield, Vallacito, Ouray, Farmington and the surrounding Four Corners area.

PARTIES SHOULD BE FUN. They should be filled with laughter, good friends, yummy food and drink, and lots of celebrating. More often than not though, stress, overwhelm, budget mishaps and family drama creeps into wedding days. Not with our help! We guard your wedding day with our lives so that it’s nothing but sunshine and rainbows (well, sometimes it does rain, but we’ve got great umbrellas for that). We want both you AND your guests to remember your day as perfectly effortless.

Description

I’ll be the first person there and the last person to leave, making sure every detail of your event runs smoothly. Includes all set up, clean up, working with vendors, and transitions. Includes bringing assistants if needed.

Includes day-of-coordinating, running the wedding rehearsal and up to 5 consultation meetings. Does not include booking and communicating with vendors prior to 2 weeks before the wedding. Perfect for the bride who wants to work out most of the details herself, but just wants a little help. Includes unlimited phone and email correspondence and at least 1 site visit.

    Amber and Rose were professional, easy to communicate with, and made sure our wedding got off without a hitch! Amber helped connect us to vendors, plan the flow of the day, and made sure everything was ready to go. Rose helped us the day-of, and I didn't have to worry about anything because she was on top of all of the details and snags. They are a great company to work with and I would recommend them for any event you may have coming up!

    Using Durango Event Planners for our wedding was the best decision ever! Everyone knows planning a big event such as a wedding can be stressful, but working with Amber and Rose made it a super fun and relaxed process! I could tell they really wanted us to have the wedding of our dreams and did everything they could to make that happen! Both Amber and Rose are very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. Their guidance and recommendations were so helpful! My wedding turned out perfect and I couldn’t have done it without them!

    Durango Event Planners are excellent to work with! They never let a detail slip by and stay on top of things. I always know where I need to be, when I need to arrive to the event and what the setup will be like. I have worked with many event planners and couldn't recommend them enough!
