    The planner you want on your wedding day!

    I truly can’t say enough good things about Carley! From the beginning, she was organized, responsive, and so helpful throughout the entire planning process. She made sure all of the little details were taken care of and helped everything come together exactly how we envisioned it. On our wedding day, I was able to actually enjoy the day instead of worrying about timelines, vendors, setup, or what needed to happen next because I knew Carley had it handled. Everything flowed so smoothly, and having someone we trusted coordinating everything made such a difference. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Carley made the entire process so much easier and helped bring our vision to life. We’re so thankful for everything she did to make our wedding day so special and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner/coordinator!

    THE BEST EVER!!! Highly recommend

    Hiring Carley Pilgrim as our Day of Coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and I truly cannot imagine how our day would have gone without her! We booked her Standard Package and could not have asked for anything better, she truly exceeded every expectation we had! From our very first meeting (nearly 10 months before the wedding), Carley really took the time to understand our vision and helped us choose the package that best fit our needs. Throughout the planning process, she was always available to answer questions, offer advice, and think through details that never would have crossed our minds. She is incredibly organized, thoughtful, and always came prepared with solutions/options rather than making us feel like there was only one "right" way to do things. I am a Type A person who sometimes struggles to hand over control/trust other people, especially when we planned the whole wedding ourselves, but Carley earned our trust from the very beginning and I was never anxious letting her handle things. I can't explain what a relief it was to know that our wedding day was in her hands. Also, a few months before the wedding, she took over communication with all of our vendors and it was so nice not to have to worry about that ourselves. Everything ran so smoothly on the day of because she handled every detail, and that allowed us to be present and just enjoy the day that we worked so hard to plan! Seriously anytime someone asked me question on the wedding day I just said “I don’t know ask Carley” Carley is kind, professional, hardworking, and genuinely cares about making your wedding everything you've dreamed of. We cannot recommend her highly enough. If you're looking for someone you can completely trust with one of the most important days of your life, Carley is the person you want!! (We also booked RCDJ who she works with and they were incredible as well! We felt that it was a huge help that she knows the DJs so well and they can communicate easily. She is the controller of the schedule and they are the announcers, so having them in sync was really helpful. Go check them out too, we got so many compliments on the DJ!)

Our coordination package is for couples who have already planned their wedding and need someone to bring their vision to life. We step in closer to the wedding day to finalize details, create timelines, communicate with vendors, and manage the logistics. Our planning package is for couples who want support throughout the entire process—from vendor recommendations and design guidance to organization, timelines, and final details. Coordination helps execute the plan; planning helps create it.
Venue coordinators and wedding coordinators have different roles. Your venue coordinator focuses on the venue, staff, and venue logistics. Your wedding coordinator focuses on you—your timeline, vendors, wedding party, personal details, and overall guest experience. We make sure everything flows smoothly behind the scenes so you, your family, and your friends can stay present and enjoy every moment.
Communication depends on your package and how close you are to your wedding date. After booking, we provide next steps and resources to keep you organized. As your wedding approaches, we’ll connect more frequently to finalize details, build your timeline, confirm vendors, and ensure everything is ready. We’re always available for questions and want you to feel supported throughout the process.
Your date is officially reserved once we receive a signed contract and retainer payment. Because we only accept a limited number of weddings each year to give each couple the attention they deserve, dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend reaching out as soon as you know you’d like us to be part of your wedding day.
While we hope everything goes perfectly, unexpected things can happen—and that’s exactly why having a coordinator matters. From timeline adjustments and vendor questions to weather changes or last-minute surprises, we handle the behind-the-scenes problem solving so you don’t have to.
