With a passion for details and love for celebrating love stories, I ensure every moment flows perfectly. In 2026, I’ll potentially be expanding to Charleston and am excited to bring my coordinating services to couples in the Lowcountry!

I offer two packages depending on the support you’re looking for: Final Touches (Month-of Coordination) – $950 Most popular! We start working together a month out with a custom timeline, vendor coordination, rehearsal management, and full-day coverage. Day-of Coordination – $750 Best if you’ve planned everything and just need someone to execute. I’ll step in the week-of to manage vendors, handle setup, and make sure everything flows smoothly.

    I originally thought we could plan our wedding on our own but we actually had no idea what were doing! I was beginning to feel super stressed with anything that had to do with the wedding. When I had my first phone call with Emma to help us with the timeline and month of details I felt like I was on the phone with a good friend. She made me feel relaxed and excited about the wedding again. Any worry or question I had Emma made me feel 100% confident that it was all in her hands. I was now getting married with nothing to worry about except showing up, looking cute and having a good time. Emma stayed till the very end of the wedding and made sure not a single detail was missed. She was by my side guiding us the entire day. We had the most wonderful beautiful day and I feel so blessed that we found such a lovely, warm, and detail oriented coordinator. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thanks Emma!

    As the Mother of the Groom, Emma guided us to a perfect day for my son and daughter-in-law. I loved getting to know Emma and seeing her skills and experiences shine. She got there in the morning to set up and packed everything up before the night ended. She made sure everything was on time and built a beautiful detailed timeline for them. Overall would work with Emma again if we get the chance.
