Our team consists of, two planners, 2 designers, and 3 additional support team members. Rest assured that when you choose to work with us, you will benefit from the collective knowledge, creativity, and dedication of our entire team as we work together to create the wedding of your dreams.

Our approach is centered around giving each couple our undivided attention and ensuring that their wedding day is executed flawlessly, without any compromises on quality or service. By dedicating our time and resources to one wedding at a time, we can focus on the unique details, logistics, and vision of each couple to create a truly memorable and bespoke experience.

How much time should we expect to spend with you?

The amount of time we spend together with the client can vary depending on the nature of the event, the purpose of the interaction, and the specific needs of the client. Here are some general guidelines to consider: Initial Meetings, Follow Ups, Project Updates, etc.... In general, it's important for us to continue maintaining a flexible and responsive relationship with our client's needs. Some clients may prefer more frequent communication and face-to-face meetings, while others may be more comfortable with less direct contact. We clear expectations with the client regarding communication frequency and preferred methods of contact.

Description	Our Full-Service Package is designed for couples who want a seamless, stress-free, and joy-filled planning experience from the moment they say “Yes” until they say “I Do.” We take care of every detail—big and small—so you can focus on enjoying your engagement and looking forward to your big day without the overwhelm of logistics, timelines, or endless to-do lists.	This is the perfect package to add to any coordination package. Camvis has an incredible design team that will listen and implement your vision.	Partial Wedding Planning is for the bride who desires to have full engagement with the vendors but resources or know-how to put all the parts together for their big day. This package allows the bride to plan majority of the wedding with assistance from one of our lead wedding coordinators.	This package is a great fit for couples with plenty of time to handle the design, budget, and vendor selection, but need a planner on board to advise and manage the logistics. It’s similar to a month -of-coordination, but comes with a little support along the way: a kickoff meeting and monthly check-ins from the moment you book with us. At 6-8 weeks out, we’ll start working on the event logistics (timeline, ceremony plan, and floor plan).
