Hello all! Maggie with Blackbird Events here! The main goal of Blackbird Events is to provide peace of mind to the couple. As soon as we are booked, that is when we start working with you to make sure that we are on your page about how you want your wedding day to look. I opened Blackbird Events after my own wedding expeirence and thinking that I wanted a little more out of my day of coordinator. Blackbird Events is dedicated to making sure couples do not feel that way at the end of their wedding day.

The biggest thing that sets Blackbird Events apart from other day of coordinators is that with each package you get not 1 planner/ day of coordinator, but 2. We believe that double the coordination, double the brain power for day of activites and problem solving, double the people there to ensure that your wedding day is magical.

    From the moment we started planning our wedding with BlackBird Events, we were blown away by their communication style. Maggie and her team were quick to respond to our emails, always providing effective and helpful guidance. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly exceptional - they went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. One of our favorite memories was when Maggie coordinated with our DJ to play my favorite song, "Ordinary" by Alex Warren, during our private vows, which was a last minute pivot. She was also instrumental in keeping the ceremony running smoothly while we took photos, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. BlackBird Events made our wedding day fun, seamless, and an unforgettable celebration of our love. We can't recommend them highly enough!
