We’re wedding planners based in Bismarck & Fargo, North Dakota! We specialize in month-of coordination — you plan it, we perfect it. Think: polished final documents so everyone knows what’s happening, a streamlined planning portal to keep every detail organized, a custom-built timeline, and full management of your rehearsal and wedding day so you can truly be present. We’v helped people tie the knot on a sandbar, in Dickinson, Ireland, Mexico, and New Zealand, at State Parks, on the hilltops of Medora, in Event Centers, in a backyard forest, in Spearfish, at golf courses - we've even had a tornado at a wedding! And yes, we stayed on time ;)

    Simply the BEST!

    Megan at Behind the Scenes Events is absolutely amazing! We hired her for month of coordination, and the entire month and wedding day were completely seamless because of her. She took a huge load off of our plate - we would have been completely lost without her. I would highly recommend reaching out to her if you want a smooth, relaxing wedding day!

    Amazing Wedding Planner

    Megan was truly incredible to work with and invest in. From our very first meeting through our wedding day, she was always fully present, engaged, and supportive. It’s so evident how passionate and knowledgeable she is about all things wedding-related, and I never once felt bad or anxious to ask her questions or to lean on her for help. Her communication was open, clear, and consistent, and she made every step of the planning process feel organized and stress-free. I honestly can’t imagine going through wedding planning without her. She was there for us every step of the way and continually took stress off our plate as things came up.

They won’t be sewing the bride’s dress just before ceremony, pinning boutonnieres, cueing your wedding party before walking down the aisle, or checking in with your photographer to ensure sunset portraits happen at just the right moment.
