Hi, I'm Alyssa! I've been in the event industry for almost six years. In addition to coordinating, I've planned large-scale events for different organizations, managed two local venues, assisted catering companies & served as a bartender for countless weddings. Through the years, I've built strong relationships with local vendors, which serves as an advantage for my clients. I'm obsessed with all the details planning entails & I treat every wedding with as much care and attention as I did my own. I'm motivated to give my clients the wedding of their dreams & they instantly become friends, knowing they can call me for anything at all!

Through my experiences in so many different facets of the industry, I've gained the knowledge to provide full-service coordination for my clients. The rapport I have with local vendors allows me to connect clients with the best vendors and give personalized recommendations for everyone individually. My level of care is unmatched. There will never be a time I don't put my clients first, putting the utmost attention into their event. I'm always prepared and will never go into a situation without at least one backup plan. Open communication is important to me and I make sure my clients know that they are welcome to reach out at any time.

    My husband and I hired Alyssa for day-of coordinating and we can’t sing her praises enough! Our day was wonderful and it’s largely because she made sure everything was seamless. She is the most professional, capable, and kind person. From the beginning she listened to what we wanted, quickly offered suggestions when we hit speed bumps, and was truly a joy to communicate with/be with. Do yourself a favor and hire her!

    Alyssa is an amazing person! When you have a question (or 100 lol) she responds quickly and gives you all the info you need! I worked with Alyssa during the pandemic and she was so wonderful at calming my fears and just being a good listener. She is able to help with any concern or problem you may have! She’s so special that I have kept in contact with her even after our wedding!

    I can not say enough good things about Alyssa! She is an absolute ROCKSTAR! She went above and beyond what we ever expected and made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Throughout the planning process Alyssa was always available to answer any questions that I might have and gave excellent advice and guidance. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same if we hadn’t hired Alyssa. All of our guests commented on how much she did for us and how the day went off seamlessly. All of other vendors were impressed with how detail oriented and professional she was. We made the decision to hire Alyssa pretty early on in the planning process and I’m so glad we did!
