I like to think of myself as a professional Washingtonian. Born and raised, the PNW is in my blood and my soul. Next to the PNW and Photography, love is my passion. I know, I know! That sounds so terribly cheesy. But I’ve been fully OBSESSED since childhood. I believe in the power of love, I believe in the power of YOUR love. Hearing the stories of the couples I meet- excuse me while I cry- is so unexplainably powerful. I can’t imagine a more fulfilling job than this one- one that allows me to build genuine relationships with incredible people, create a comfortable environment to be creative together, and celebrate each other’s weird!

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Once in a while I might bring along an assistant. If I plan on bringing someone, I will ask you if it's alright first. For most shoots throughout my career I have worked alone and have no trouble doing so. Very rarely but sometimes I'll bring along another photographer to teach them and I will also ask you if this is alright as well.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I will do minor removals for blemishes or unsightly things in the background at no extra charge.
No, I only focus on photography to create the best possible experience for you.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of shooting. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 5 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to shoot your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
