Hi, I'm Theresa, a wedding photographer inspired by nature's beauty and the stories we all hope to pass down. Along with my amazing team of photographers (plus a videographer!), our work emphasizes natural prompts and real emotions to create incredible imagery that captures the vibrant energy of wedding celebrations. We’re set apart by the fact that we know how to maximize shotlists so our couples can skip the photo marathons and enjoy their own cocktail hour (which is rare, I might add).

At the end of the day, we bring the experience and expertise to capture the time of their lives, helping them relive it all over again with photo albums and prints too. From seaside venues to art museums - we capture their best moments with romantic imagery while contributing to a wedding experience that overflows with joy.     Best and easiest decision you’ll ever make!

    Hiring Teresa and her team was the easiest and best decision we made when wedding planning. She was wonderful to work with and from our first Zoom call together I just knew she understood our vision. I am just blown away with how she, Katherine, and Olivia were able to capture so many special moments with our people. She and her team pivoted amazingly well through changing plans due to weather and other minor challenges through out the day. Even with a rainy, windy day we had the best wedding pictures I’ve ever seen! Each photo shows all of the love that was in the room during our wedding and I am so grateful to be able to relive our day forever thanks to Teresa and her team.

    Best wedding photographer ever!

    Teresa is awesome! She provides amazing customer service from the time you meet her through the time she delivers your digital album (3-4 weeks after your wedding day) and then beyond that was you order prints and create albums. I “clicked” with Teresa instantly the day we met and she held my husband and my hands through the entire planning process leading up to the wedding. She even shot a mini-engagement shoot in the week before the wedding so that my husband could meet her and she could see us interact together. We were completely confident that our day would go smoothly photography-wise and boy, did it ever! Once in full "game day" mode on our wedding day, Teresa balanced being friendly and accommodating to our wedding party and guests with doing the necessary crowd control to get the shots we asked her to, plus so many others! Her full day coverage allowed us to have pictures from both of our getting ready locations, our first look and then the ceremony and reception at our venue: four locations on a tight timeline which meant over 10 hours of shooting. After our big day, we were psyched to see our sneak preview pop up in our inbox less than 24 hours after the wedding with 100+ photos! Even better, our full album came through at around 3 weeks post-wedding. From what I've heard from other wedding couples, this is exceptional turnaround time compared to the majority of the industry. The photos themselves are nothing short of amazing! Teresa was able to capture the happiness and love we felt on our day and looking through the photos transported us right back to each of the special moments of our day. From our intimate first look to the formal portraits, to photos of our DIY wedding details, to the dance floor candids and our sparkler send off, and everything in between.... WOW! We recommend Teresa to anyone and everyone we can!

    Book her NOW!!!!!

    Teresa is INCREDIBLE. She is hands down the best photographer out there. From our engagement session to our wedding, Teresa was extremely communicative, answering any and all questions we had. She has this amazing energy and creativity that really shows through in the photos she takes. At our wedding, she carefully considered the light, the locations of our photos, and I can honestly say I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE every single photo from our day. The genuine happiness, the laughter, the tears- everything is so perfectly captured. Teresa is professional, and she invested her time, not only in making sure our engagement and wedding photos were great, but in Jordan and I as a couple. Her kindness, artistic talent, and ability to capture a moment perfectly solidifies her as the best photographer out there. I could not recommend her enough!

Typically, couples book me anywhere from 13-24 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. I'd love to hear from you! ❤️
Yes! A second photographer is always included in my eight-hour and full-day packages.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
Yes! We have an amazing video team who work exclusively with Teresa Johnson Photography, and our clients have been LOVING the authentic, relaxed style of video journalism that we offer.
I'm ALWAYS excited to share your photos with you! You'll typically receive a sneak peek (25-30 photos) within 24-48 hours of your wedding, and the rest of your image gallery will be delivered within four weeks!
You can expect about 75 to 100 images per hour of shooting - so approximately 600-800 images for an eight-hour day. But this estimate varies depending on how much fun you pack into each hour of the day :) And I'd always under-promise and over-deliver, so chances are, you'll be seeing more images than that!
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that right over to them.
In my 10 years of experience as a professional photographer, and nearly 7 years of weddings, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very unlikely event that I’m unable to shoot your wedding, I'm fortunate to have two experienced partner photographers on my team, and one of them will be ready to cover your event just as I would.
Yes! You can absolutely print your photos wherever you like :) You'll be able to download full-resolution images, and they will not have any watermarks whatsoever. I'd love it if you *want* to tag me or say wonderful things about your photos on social media, but it's totally not required :)
This is obviously my favorite question :) And I'm so glad you asked! Once we chat, I'll send you a proposal that will easily allow you to book your date. There's a deposit of 1/3 the total which serves as a retainer to book your date. The remaining balance is split into two payments: one due halfway between booking and your wedding date, and the final payment due two weeks before your wedding :)
OMG, YES! 🐶 I absolutely love all animals and will be thrilled to meet your pets! I have lots of engagement session locations in mind that welcome leashed pets, and will be happy to share these locations with you. BRING ALL THE ANIMALS! 😊
