I'm the face behind Sarah J Photography, a wife, a mom, and someone who has never been much of a quiet person! I offer weddings, elopements, couples, maternity, and family photography. My approach is relaxed and natural, with a warm, slightly moody style. I love a good candid photo, and I want you to leave feeling like we just spent time hanging out rather than having a formal photoshoot.

What makes us different? For starters, when you book with me, you’re getting both my wife, Syd, and me! We work together to capture your wedding day from two different perspectives, making sure those little moments don’t go unnoticed. I’m all about the real stuff the happy tears, uncontrollable laughter, stolen glances, and everything in between. I want your photos to feel like YOU, not a collection of perfectly posed pictures. My style is a little warm, a little moody, and full of genuine emotion. At the end of the day, I want you to look back at your photos and feel every moment all over again.

    The best photographer

    Sarah did a fantastic job capturing our special day! If you are in need of a photographer, call this girl up asap! She took the time to meet us at mount Rainer and Hiked with us to make sure she caught every moment. I could not be more grateful. She took the most beautiful photos ever! She’s open, honest, communicative, and very committed to making your dream and vision come to life. We met up with Sarah months prior to the big day and went over all the photos I wanted, ideas I had and who I specifically wanted photos with. She did a great job following what we spoke about!
