My goal is very simple; document what's happening. All of it. The little smiles, small embraces, big laughs, quiet tears, fingers intertwined, subtle glances, and first steps. None of these things will ever happen the way they happened today. I believe there should be proof that you laughed at that joke, said those vows, kissed that cheek, and cried those tears. And it should be captured in a way that is beautiful and full of feeling.

I work with couples from the day of booking to make sure their wedding photography experience is as stress free as possible. I have photographed over 100 weddings in the last 6 years along with countless other photographic projects. I have photographed in the darkest of churches to the brightest sandy beaches. You can rest assured that I will capture your wedding day in the most honest and beautiful way possible.

    My Wedding Will Last Forever

    Please consider Sara as your photographer for your wedding day. Sara is professional but can also make you feel so comfortable and at ease that you forget she's your photographer. This makes those candid shots so perfect. She spent the day with us & made sure nothing was missed in our photos. When I look at them now, I feel like I am reliving the whole day.     A wonderful photographer!

    As a florist, I love it when my couples book a photographer like Sara Gardner Photography! Her photos are excellent and she is efficient and easy to work with including sharing the photos of my creations with me so that I have some high quality images of my work to post.

Couples book me anywhere from 14 months to 6 months from their wedding date. Weekend dates in the warmer months fill up quickly so reach out if you have a date you'd like me to check!
The week after the wedding you will receive a handful of sneak peek images in your online gallery. Typically, you’ll be able to view the full gallery online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. You will also receive your keepsake box within six weeks of the wedding date.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
I do offer second photographers to add on to your wedding collection. I am more than happy to discuss whether or not a second photographer would suit your wedding day needs.
The deposit is 1/3 of the total bill. The deposit will secure your date and all dates remain open until a deposit is made.
You can expect about 75 images per hour of shooting. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
This on is up to you! I will say that an engagement session is a great way to get to know each other and get comfortable in front of the camera. The level of ease clients feel on their wedding day after having an engagement session is so much greater than those who do not. You will receive an online gallery of your engagement session images just as you will with your wedding images.
