Hey, I’m Olivia! I’m married to my high school sweetheart and best friend, a boy mom x3, and the eldest daughter of nine. Almost 10 years into marriage, I’m still obsessed with my husband, so I’m a sucker for couples who genuinely just really freaking like each other. I’m nauseatingly sentimental, a movie nerd, the girl who saves every love note, drawing, flower, and photo. I’ve been photographing weddings for over five years, and I still get ridiculously excited about every single one. I get to spend my weekends celebrating people marrying their favorite person and call it my job.

Your wedding will not feel like an 8-hour photoshoot. I want you actually there, together, with your people, soaking it all in while I document. Being the eldest of nine means I’m very comfortable with chaos, and anticipating needs is basically second nature. I’ll give you direction when you need it, fix your dress, keep an eye on the timeline, find your missing uncle for family photos, and disappear into the background. I’m watching the personalities, inside jokes, belly laughs, hand squeezes, happy tears, everything. Your gallery won’t look like anyone else’s wedding. It will feel unmistakably yours.

Instead of asking you to build your wedding day around a set number of photography hours, my full-day coverage is designed around your timeline. We’ll work together to figure out when coverage should begin and end so the parts of your day that matter are documented without you watching the clock. Weddings often run behind. Hair takes longer, ceremonies start late, speeches go rogue. It happens. My job is to adapt, not add another thing for you to stress about. We’ll build breathing room into your timeline ahead of time, and if things shift on the wedding day, we adjust and keep going. I’m not a parking meter, I promise 🫶🏻
The Poppy Collection was created for celebrations that are smaller in scale but not in meaning, with up to four hours of photography coverage. It’s perfect for elopements, courthouse ceremonies, intimate weddings, and laid-back celebrations with your closest people. If you’re not sure where your plans fall, reach out and I’ll help you figure out which collection fits you best!
Absolutely! I never want finances to come in between you and your wedding memories. Once your retainer fee is paid, your date is officially booked, and the remaining balance can be split into payments that make sense for you, with the final balance due 14 days before your wedding.
Yes! Every wedding collection includes a complimentary engagement session. It gives us a chance to hang out before the wedding, get you comfortable in front of my camera, and lets me learn how the two of you naturally interact. If you choose not to use it, the collection price stays the same.
I don’t put a cap on the number of images I deliver. If an image belongs in the story of your day, you get it. Your final gallery will include all of the best moments, details, portraits, candids, and in-between moments that make your wedding yours.
You’ll receive a sneak peek shortly after your wedding because I know waiting is torture. Your complete, hand-edited gallery will be delivered within 6-10 weeks after your wedding day.
YES. You are not expected to magically know how long wedding photos take. I’ll work with you to create a photography timeline that gives us the time we need without making your wedding feel like one giant photoshoot. I’ll also coordinate with your planner and other vendors as needed.
I offer 5% off all wedding collections for couples getting married at one of my preferred venues. These are venues I love, trust, and recommend based on my own experience with them. If your venue is on my preferred list, the discount is automatically applied to your wedding collection.
