I'm Loryn, the storyteller behind the camera! My background and experience as a professional photographer will allow you to simply enjoy the fairy tale day you’ve always dreamed of while trusting your story is being creatively and beautifully written in photos. In high school I took a film photography course that ignited my love for capturing magical moments with a camera. I've been working professionally since 2017. It's this passion for preserving memories to last a lifetime which inspires my documentary style photography that uniquely tells the story of your day.

I live lots of life’s adventures writing our own family’s story in pictures, so I know just how important it is to capture all the moments -- both the big and the small -- in extraordinary ways. If you are looking for a wedding photographer with a genuine passion for her craft and an exceptionally creative eye, Loryn is it. She is a true handle-it professional that will have you feeling prepared and confident from first meeting through reception. She made a real effort to understand us as a couple and planned unique shots that reflected us and our wedding vision. She makes shooting comfortable and fun no matter how awkward you might feel in the beginning. Our plans for an outdoor ceremony ended up with cold and rain all day, but our photos with Loryn came out more stunning than we could’ve imagined - we get so many compliments. We truly can’t recommend her and her work enough!

Loryn did an absolute phenomenal job photographing our wedding! She is so unique in the way where she captures the most beautiful & natural moments. She was so patient with group pictures and made sure we got exactly what we dreamed about. She listened to everything we wanted out of a photographer and always made sure everyone was on the same page. From start to finish, everyone is so incredibly happy with the hard work she put in making these pictures something we will treasure forever. She will make any wedding even more magical and we cannot recommend her enough!

Definitely. I edit every "keeper" photo and edit them all. They are delivered to you as a final image. They are edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge. I do not deliver RAW files to clients.

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. I am happy to refer you to local videographers.

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can expect to receive a link to an online gallery with high-resolution image files, so you can download, share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.

You can expect about 50 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors. Every wedding is different.

In my 7 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
