Wonderful but not Amazing

I want to start off by saying I am very grateful for her services. I loved the first looks captured and the first dances. They were beautifully captured. I would have liked my photographer to offer more adjustment and correct to the posses, my dress, the hair, the lighting quality, and all the little things. I think its very important to have perfect pictures and that just was not given. I also believe that we took a photo with the groom, bride, grooms parents and brides parents, however they were not given to us. Due to a recent loss we would have really loved that picture and we feel robbed of it. I think the lighting was terrible, it was midday when the sun was high, but I also believe that the photographer should have made accommodations and adjustments to account for that. Overall, the photographer was so very friendly and I am very grateful. I would probably request services again, maybe during a better time of day.

AMAZING

Working with Lauren Imus Photography was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From the very first conversation, Lauren was straightforward and got back to us right away with answers to all our questions, which made the whole planning process smooth and stress-free. Her photos are sharp and beautiful, and she captured every detail of our day perfectly. What really stood out was how flexible and fun she was during the shoot. She felt like part of our family rather than just someone behind the camera. Lauren went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and it shows in every single photo. We would absolutely recommend her to any couple looking for a photographer who truly cares about their special day.

Amazing Wedding Photographer - easy and effortless

Lauren was an amazing photographer. She had multiple facetime sessions with us on how we would like the day to look. She was able to focus on what him and I needed (less poses, more candid and natural shots). She was very communicative and detail oriented. Her questionnaires were very helpful and so was her ability to help outline the day. Her and her second photographer were able to wrangle up the groom and groomsmen and get them in order which was really nice. I even had a few guests come up to me and compliment Lauren on her ability to weave through all the guests and capture the moments.

Lauren was AMAZING to work with for my family photos in Lake Tahoe. We looked at several photographers and just fell in love with her pictures and the way she uses the light. She immediately made everyone feel at ease and captured the personalities and emotions of our family. She also may have worked a little magic to catch us in some rare moments. Lauren had genuine care, communication and was a total professional. She has an eye for perfect locations and unique shots. By the time we were done, she felt like family. I can't say enough about how beautiful our family pictures are. Lauren Imus is the best! Choose her and you won't regret it!
