Based in the enchanting Upper Peninsula, I've fallen head over heels for the natural beauty that surrounds us.     The best of the BEST!

    OK... Right out of the gate, my first to do was to book my photographer. Katey was absolutely my number one go to, and I knew I had to try to get her for my wedding. From the first contact, to the end of the night and even to today she has been beyond superior. She worked so dang hard to keep us relaxed and captured everything I envisioned. She's calm, cool and collective. I can't say enough about her pictures, the way she captures the details that you wouldn't necessarily notice on your big day is incredible. I can't say enough about her and can't wait to book her for another shoot one day.

    The best!!!

    Katey is truly the best there is! When I saw my engagement photos my jaw DROPPED—it was clear she had understood exactly the vision I was looking for and delivered the absolute best version of it, honestly even better than I envisioned! My mind was so at ease as my wedding day approached (even with the forecast calling for rain) because I was able to trust that no matter the weather, Katey would capture the day perfectly. She went above and beyond in so many ways, and our wedding photos are something we still look at almost daily, even almost 6 months later.

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-8 weeks after your wedding. I send a preview of your wedding day the day after your wedding :)
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
In my 5 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
I mainly focus my energy within the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I have fallen head over heels for the beautiful landscapes and shores of Lake Superior. I truly believe that Northern Michigan has a hidden gem, with every corner you take. I love being able to incorporate our area into precious memories, frozen in time. I do travel, so please inquire about your specific location!
