Hi friend, I'm Katelyn! Thinking back, I really have always loved documenting my life through photos, even if I didn't realize that was what I was doing. It all started with me begging my parents to take me to CVS to grab a Kodak disposable camera, using all the film to take photos of anything I could, getting it developed and creating my own personal photo albums that I still have packed away at my parents home. In 2011, my mom purchased the coolest Nikon D5000 DSLR camera (which I eventually took over, sorry mom!!!) and I never looked back.

My greatest joy as a photographer is freezing moments in frame that don't happen twice. I believe that wedding photography should be natural, authentic, and true to you + your love story. Whether you're laughing at your maid of honor's speech, or crying as your eyes meet your mother's as you walk down the aisle, I'm here to make sure you feel immersed in the moment while I capture every aspect of the day. My style is all about real emotions and intentional, authentic imagery.

    THE BEST THERE IS!!

    Where do I even start?! Katelyn has been with us through every major milestone from our engagement to our wedding day, maternity photos, family sessions, and everything in between.     KATELYN ROCKS!

    BOOK HER!!!

    Katelyn is such an amazing photographer! Her style is timeless and classically beautiful. She prioritized the photos we knew we wanted and also was able to capture moments that were special to our family and friends. She’s so easy to work with and makes you feel special while shooting. My husband and I aren’t used to being in front of the camera; Katelyn made this such a fun experience for us!! We will be booking her for all future photo endeavors and I encourage you to as well!! After every wedding, I send sneak peeks withing 24 hours! Full gallery turnaround time varies by season.
Typically, couples reach out to book their weddings anywhere from 6 - 14 months in advance! Please reach out as soon as possible about availability even if your wedding is on a tighter timeline.
My largest package includes a second shooter at no extra cost and a second shooter can be added to any of my packages for an additional hourly fee. I trained my husband as a second shooter and if he is avaliable, he will second for me at no additional cost!
I don't put a limit on photos!! Every good photo will be delivered to you. You can expect about 60 -100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors!!
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful and reflect the day how it unfolded.
I am VERY Type-A when it comes to my photo safety system. Your photos are always backed up to multiple places, from photographing to delivery.
I've been a professional photographer since 2020! I began photographing Texas A&M Seniors, and suddenly, photography took over my life. I had a session every weekend and slowly began to photograph couples and engagements. In 2021, I photographed my first wedding in Bryan, Texas and fell in love with the art of documenting a love story.
In my time as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. However, I firmly believe in planning and preparing, so I have a system in place to ensure that you are always taken care of on your best day. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
