I'm a wedding and community photographer based in Tucson, Arizona, specializing in natural, story-driven documentation with an eye toward the beauty and wonder of any situation. I strongly believe in authentic documentation of a wedding day, as a collection of memories for the two people joining their lives, but also as a celebration of a new community that they now share, born out of their love and containing endless possibility.
I truly love weddings. My natural state is one of exuberance and reverence toward beauty, and beauty is never in short supply on a wedding day. Helping folks enjoy that beauty is a big part of what I do. It also is not only about the people - it is about the place and our intersection with it - I believe beautiful wedding documentation acknowledges and celebrates where we are in our lives when we make these momentous actions. Amazing work!!
I have worked with Julius on and off for years, and I always thought if I ever got married I'd want him to be the photographer. I'm so happy that ended up working out! Julius is a great person and his work is INCREDIBLE. I have gotten endless compliments on his photos. My (now) husband does not like having his photo taken, and even he enjoyed working with Julius. All our guests were also so impressed with him the night of... people literally teared up getting to see some shots just on his camera! He also got us previews THE NEXT DAY. I can't wait to see the finals and I really hope to work with Julius again.
