    When my wife and I were looking around for a wedding photographer last year, we found John’s website and really liked his work. We emailed him, and met in person a few days later. He was eager for us to look through his portfolio of previous weddings he’d done. His experience was apparent as he has lots of great ideas, but was also very interested to hear our input. We really liked John from the moment we met him. We hired him at that first meeting and we canceled meetings that we had scheduled with other photographers. On the wedding day, John looked he was on a military mission, with all kinds of cameras and gadgets hanging around his neck and belt. He was very organized, and had a list of all the specific guest groupings that we wanted photographed to ensure that none were missed. John’s super calm and relaxed demeanor put us both at ease. For the formal photos after the ceremony, he gave us very clear instructions about how to pose, which we really appreciated. When the photos were finished, we were pleasantly surprised to find lots of moments that we didn’t realize he’d captured. John did a really beautiful job and we couldn’t be happier. Next time we need photography work, we’re calling John!

    "Looking through the wedding pictures last night brought me so much joy. You did such a beautiful job, and you captured so many special moments. My husband told me that some of the pictures you took of his relatives show them happier than he has ever seen them in his entire life. You even found his super grouchy Aunt ------ in a loving moment on the dance floor with her husband. You truly have a gift...to catch so many of those moments with such ease...it truly is a talent. While the formals are beautiful, I especially love the private moments you caught, when we didn't know you were shooting, especially of my husband and I. Thank you so much for your efforts.
