Hailey & Joel

Hi there! We're Hailey & Joel. We're Maine wedding photographers who love exploring Maine's rocky coastlines, wooded trails, and sandy beaches. We're also pretty big fans of hiking mountains with our couples who are feeling adventurous. We love working as a team because we can be in two places at once! For example, Hailey can be in the aisle focusing on the couple exchanging vows, while Joel captures a parent crying in the first row. Put it all together, and you have a beautiful, complete view of your wedding day story.

Our style is primarily photojournalistic. We document the day as authentically as possible, jumping in and grabbing those emotional, candid moments as they happen. As a result, our photos are vibrant, joyful, and relaxed. We both have storytelling backgrounds, so we love applying that to our work. We have some tricks to get out those natural reactions during couples' portraits so that they feel like you—no stiff poses here!
