    Our Wedding was on 10/19/25. Did not receive any preview photos as advertised. Emily will only communicate via FB messenger as she pleases. Sent inquiries on 11/3 and again on 11/17. She finally responded 11/20 promising to send previews the next morning and full gallery by 11/27. Neither happened. I followed up on 12/5 and 12/10. She responded on 12/11 claiming she had to purchase a new phone and could not provide a new ETA as she was waiting for everything to download from the cloud and she would contact me as soon as my pictures were ready and sent to my email. It has been 3 weeks and I have still not heard from her. Latest inquiry sent on 12/22. Our Wedding was on 10/19/25. Did not receive any preview photos as advertised.     90% of our communication was over Facebook messenger. We had our engagement session and the photos took a few weeks to get back, we loved these photos they are beautiful and we were really excited to work with Emily for our wedding day. Wedding day comes around (8/31), Emily did a great job being polite and respectful, we got a few sneak peeks in a couple days and were super excited to see the whole gallery. I reached out to Emily on (9/23) asking when the photos would be ready she responded a few days later with late October/early November. It is 11/19 and no word. Tried reaching out a few different ways and nothing. I don’t care about the money I just want my photos from the best day of my life to remember and show our future kids. Please get back to me, I would like there to be a positive update for this.
