I am passionate about the moments in life that make you feel like you are being wrapped in a warm hug. The moments that make you FEEL. I am deeply grateful that I get to use this passion deep within me into Phil Carter Films - creating joyful, intimate films that make you FEEL those special moments over and over.

Each film is extremely unique to me. I believe that each couple has their own authentic and important story to be told and it’s my job to capture it which is so cool! My goal is to create a work of art that helps you feel and relive those intimate moments for years and years to come.

    Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding!

    From the first time we connected with Phil, we knew we were in great hands. Not only is he talented behind the camera but he brings such a calm, positive energy to the day. Phil has a way of making you feel completely at ease while still capturing every important detail and emotion. I was nervous to be on camera all day and he made us feel so natural in front of it! He was very professional and ensured we felt confident about every aspect of the video coverage. On the big day, he worked seamlessly alongside our other vendors, blending right in while still catching moments we didn’t even realize were happening.
